I have dedicated my life to guiding women back come home to their feral nature
— to reclaim Eros as creative fuel.
An Invitation to Come Home
Â
I am here to help you alchemize the crushing pressure of proving your worth into a deep knowledge of your unique value. So that you can start fueling your excellence with trust, fluidity, love, and choice.
Because when you recognize and honor your specific contribution—respecting your inner rhythm, following what lights your heart up and turns you on—your success becomes highly sustainable and deeply nourishing.
I believe it all starts by remembering who you truly are. And there is only one way I know to do that: coming home to yourself and unfurling from there. This is the ground of embodied presence, of heartistic leadership, and of creative impact that doesn’t cost you your soul.
AÂ woven tapestry of embodiment, bodywork, somatics, energetics, and creativity.
My Path: 23 Years in Somatics & Embodiment
Â
My journey began with 10 years of practice as a Psychomotor Therapist. The children I worked with and their families taught me that aliveness has no agenda but to follow her flow. Sensitive to touch, I dived into Ayurvedic massage, which led me to Rolfing® Structural Integration: another 10 years that brought a comprehensive precision of the human body, and a deep understanding of the importance the pelvis holds in female alignment and vitality.
From there, I expanded into the subtle currents of yoga (Vinyasa & Yin, Daoist & Tantric traditions). Yet, it took 15 years of personal practice to consider the option that I might be worthy enough to teach. When that moment finally arrived 8 years ago, it changed everything. When a pedestal falls down, it’s a reset of outdated beliefs. That was one of my profound recalibrations, supported by a personal practice of Celtic shamanism and sensual/feminine exploration.
I opened up to the possibility to lead groups, to facilitate spaces to help women reclaim their sensuality and reconnect to the profound and innate wisdom of their body—their erotic intelligence. I dived into Sensual Arts Facilitation, Somatic Education, shadow and circle work, plant medicine, and the discovery of Human Design. This marked the beginning of another recalibration—a deep deconditioning process that has fundamentally shifted how I operate, meet opportunities, and make decisions.
All these practices inform my perspective and infuse my work that blends somatics with movement, human design with embodiment, anatomy with energetics. This unique fusion supports my clients to reclaim ownership of their rhythm, ground in the security of their body, and lead with grace, confidence, and clarity.
This is a space of return. Of remembrance. A space to embrace what has been yours — you — all along.
Stories of Transformation
“Rare are the persons who know how to facilitate a group with so much subtlety, gentleness, and humor.“

“From feelings of urgency, disgust, and mistrust of the body to reconnecting to the sensations in my body — that I had long forgotten — along with a sense of strength and power deep within me that I didn’t know existed.“

My Motivation:
Rewilding your innate nature
Â
I see so many women constantly trying to prove their worth at the cost of their aliveness, their authenticity, and their intimate, nourishing relationships. They put their mask on, their armor, and climb onto the pedestal — thinking it is their “only chance” to be respected and praised. But a statue, as gorgeous as it is, is not approachable. And a statue is not alive within. Yes, it’s a rock — but cold, hard, dry.
I believe that true impact doesn’t come from pushing harder, nor from ignoring your body and her physiology. It comes from walking your truth, honoring your unique expression, and radiating your power.
That’s why everything I offer is an invitation to unbecome what you learned to be, to rewild your innate — yet domesticated — nature, and to unfurl with pride and joy.
Over my 45 years of existence and 23 years of professional practice in the fields of embodiment, desire, identity, and expression, I have learned one undeniable truth: the key is slowing down. It is allowing what is alive within to be held and felt. It is daring to wholeheartedly follow what is seeking its way through you — what’s bubbling in your belly.
It takes courage and dedication. It is a shedding — an unbecoming process of all the layers that were never yours. It has its own unique — precious — timing. And it is also the doorway to an authentic, embodied, and exquisite life.
