From being abused as a child to slutshamed as a teenager, I drifted away from my body and my sensuality, trying to fit in by controlling and pushing myself, always more.

One day, for sure, I'd finally become a good woman.

Well... it was ignoring I already was, and all the good stuff were waiting for me, home, in my body.

In fact this quest led me to explore embodiment, presence, intimacy, and sexuality for over 20 years. This brought me back to intimacy and security within the body.

Now for over the last decade, I have been helping women find the same intimate connection with themselves.
